COMBI-FLASHINGS
Units can be supplied with combi-flashings to allow more than one to be
installed close together - requiring only 60mm between each (the thickness
of a standard roof truss).

Emergency Escape Solution
The GDL balcony roof window opens to a 45° angle to provide ample ventilation
and to satisfy egress requirements for emergency escape.
Exclusive Dual Sash Operation
The top sash opens for maximum ventilation and also pivots inward for easy cleaning
from inside the room. The bottom sash opens outward to create a roof balcony.
Convenient Ventilation
When the GDL CABRIO roof window is closed, a ventilation flap can be opened
to provide a breath of fresh air - even if it is raining outside.
Cabrio vs Balcony?
Installing a Velux Cabrio costs a lot less than a full blown balcony and will
usually pass council regulations that may prevent you having a balcony (it is
classed as a skylight only) - also a lot less costly time required to construct
and requires virtually no maintenance.
NOTE - The GDL balcony roof window is
only suitable on roofs with slopes between 35degrees and 53 degrees. Dimension
